The design team at Zilco have worked extra hard on this
amazing innovation in horse rugs. The Enforcer MK3 features
an elastic polyester ripstop panel over the wither and shoulder
area, that is both waterproof and breathable. The elastic
action eliminates the need for a shoulder gusset, while the
top section reduces wither pressure when grazing.
